This combination of the Eagle pose and the Inner Fire sequence are designed to fire up energy levels to help maintain a calm, focused and centred mind. Energy Block Release 2 is a perfect preparation as it acts as a total body mobiliser; freeing the spine, opening all the energy pathways to allow optimum movement of fluids, and prana. This session will give your mind a burst of freshness and help keep mind, thoughts and emotions at their optimum!
The effect of the programme will be further enhanced by your awareness of being amidst the strength and vitality of the trees that surround Joshna and Christiane. As you go through Energy Block Release 2, feel tensions and tiredness seeping away and being transformed by the lush and powerful earth beneath you. Let go and enjoy the healing effect of the environment you are in. The body-prep movements will stretch the piriformis and so help enhance the Eagle pose.
Now as you enjoy the Eagle itself, imagine you are this great bird - dynamic, focused, determined and single minded in what you want to achieve in your life. By practicing the Inner Fire sequence together with the appropriate body preparations, you'll be able to now drink in the prana of the forest, access the ancientness of the trees and touch the core of who you are – and your innermost fire.
Once you have completed the process, the journey, take a moment to reflect and be still. You are now ready to enter into the next moment with a gentle yet profound energy that will keep you focused and clear in what lies ahead.
