As each season changes, it can have an effect on us mentally and physically. Jane explains two ways in which we can help ourselves adapt.
- Spend time in nature
Slow down to observe what is actually happening around us. Walk with awareness & see the beauty of the changing colours. Be mindful and present in the moment. - Make the change of the seasons an opportunity to change something of yourself.
Change habits. Let go of anything that’s no longer supporting you.
