Attuning to both the power and fragility of Mother Earth, this new sequence combines the grace of the Prithvi Namaskara (Earth Sequence) and the strength of Warrior 2 and 3. 

Anchoring yourself in confidence and strength and yet still enjoying freedom and flow allow yourself to take the time to discover something new; your place of total connection to the earth below and around us. 

Holding an intention of reverence and gratitude use this sequence as a way to thank nature for the abundance and nourishment she provides in the personified form of Mother Bhumi.

Hi Anouschka and Asia, I really love your Bhumi namaskar. It's challenging to work with the Warrior 3, but the flow makes it a delight, I feel the feminine empowerment and delight in the hand mudras pulling down the energy. Great session!

I love this. I will teach it to my classes this week. A flow which it is easy to offer modifications on while also offering challenge to those who want it. Strong and flowy at the same which is what I like so much about Dru yoga.

Really loved this new class - was perfect for bringing together strength, power and confidence along with gentle flowing and nurturing qualities of nature. Enjoyed the backdrop of the mountains and envisaged myself back on the Hebridean islands from where I’ve just returned. ( also gave my muscles a great stretch after sitting for long journey in a Landrover!) beautiful combination of asana/sequence and pace of instruction too.....very inspiring! Thank you :)

Totally! I love taking a well known sequences and finding ways to add, deepen and explore. Usually, I do this with breath or energy awareness. In this case, however, we've gone a stage further to use the principles of the Prithvi Namaskara (slow continuous movement timed with the breath) but added the postures and a deeper awareness too.
