Andre, I watched this several months ago today lots has clicked why I asked myself? I am going to master Breath Power and in turn introduce my youngest son to your video, I am keen to see what his young mind picks up. Without Breath there is no life so true. It's only in this last month of tremendous stress I have become more aware of where my Breath is? Stuck in my throat not in my thorax. Thank you for sharing your knowledge for being on the Dru online studio. Top tip for the ocean breath; to be honest even though I have been practicing yoga since 1990 I have never really felt I understand that, I am not getting it right yet
