Prithvi Namaskara- the Earth Sequence
- This is a fantastic sequence to help you de-stress and relax as it unifies the body with the breath in such a unique way.
- It helps you ground and connect with the earth, giving you a sense of belonging and unity.
- This sequence also provides a beautiful opportunity for you to send healing to the earth, including any particular countries or people that may need it.
Gomukhasana- the Cowface Posture
- In a gentle way this asana corrects your postural alignment and releases tensions from the shoulders.
- In the Indian tradition the cow represents the Earth, thus this posture provides a key to connect to the abundant universe.
EBR 7- Dynamic Relaxation
- Perfect to bring a long day to a gentle and nurturing completion.
- This sequence balances left and right hemispheres of the brain as well as activating your parasympathetic nervous system (your relaxation response) which will leave you with a deep feeling of peace and equanimity.
