I love using this sequence as a 'cool down' stretch after a long walk, great for the hamstrings, calves and the whole spine!

Hi I bought this dvd but I can't find it. Is there the full version on here? It's brilliant cant do all the positions that the man does like shoulder stand and fish but I really enjoyed this DVD. The scenery is great too .Thank you Veronica
