Join Christiana as she takes us through the Eagle posture (in Sanskrit - Garudasana).

This is a great posture to heighten mental focus and to improve balance.
Because of the action of the arms, this posture frees tension in the shoulders and due to the locking and lowering action of the legs, this is an excellent pose for strengthening and toning the thighs.
