This third class in the series is a very strong back strengthening class. Only practise this once your back pain has resolved.
The whole three classes are a good prevention program to maintain a strong, healthy pain free back.
Annie takes you through EBR 1, the Sun Sequence (Surya Namaskara), the Sitting Twist (Ardha Matsyendrasana), the Locust (Salabhasana) and completes with Makrasana (the Crocodile) and the child to stretch out your back. Enjoy!!
