Learn to trust and to flow with life. Self acceptance allows you to open up to the power, divinity and love within every being. When we have respect and appreciation for ourselves, it is then a natural process to love and accept others. This is the starting point to success in all areas of our life.

Start with an easy warm up and cross activations with specific hand preparation and leg stretches.

Enjoy Uttkatasana - Chair of the Heart, followed by the Parsvotanasana - the Charity Pose, both of which prepare you for the Seat of Compassion. This sequence is designed to improve relationships, transform sadness to joy and tap into your innate abundant joy.

This is sealed with a special self-acceptance manifestation mudra sequence which balances and nourishes all the 5 koshas to bring a deep peace and compassion.

I taught this lesson in my class and attempted meditation for the first time. I was a little hesitant because it is a new group and I said that they may find it a bit heavy but to give me feedback at the end.....I couldn't wish for a a better response with all positive comments and an ex-Tai Chi Teacher in the group said he loved it and it was the best class to date. So thank you Annie, I will definitely be doing this again :)
