In this Q&A session, we are joined by Rika Lukac, a Women's Health and Hormones expert.

Rika explains why it is so important for us to know how the glands and hormones in our body work and how we can bring them back into balance.

Hormonal balance is important for keeping our body in peak health. Stress can have a huge impact on our body. During this session Rika will explain how stress can affect various hormones, the signs & symptoms of when particular hormones are out of balance and how one hormone out of balance can affect another hormone.

Rika focusses on the:

  • Hypothalamus: how it can be affected by stress and how this then affects other glands
  • Live:  its function in relation to hormones
  • Pancreas: how it relates to blood sugar levels which in turn affect your energy levels as well as the importance of digestive enzymes
