With its roots in the ancient science of movement, posture and breathwork and a deep and detailed understanding of the subtle energy system, the movements and intentions set in your yoga practice can have a huge effect on your health, wellbeing and all areas of your life!
Know that as you light up yourself you light up the whole world.
You will be able to work within the abilities of your own body all throughout the session.
This class includes:
- Activations including body preps
- Postures including:
- Cat Marjariasana
- Downward Dog Adho Mukha Svanasana
- Surya Namaskara - with focus on the nadis
- Pranayama - Alternate Nostril Breathing Nadi Shodhana
- Relaxation
