- Chest - Visualise a sunlit forest to activate your heart centre. Think of and send appreciation for those whom you love and this moment.
- Throat - Imagine yourself in a beautiful bright clear blue sky. Feel free in this warm turquoise expanse. Unbounded and still.
- Resting your attention in a deep indigo sky. Ever quieter and ever more still. Allow that silence and softest to support you.
