Have you ever felt disempowered? The power is still there within you so its time to bring it back into your life! The Dru Power sequence is dynamic and flowing and is designed to call back any power to you that you may have lost.
We are breaking down the sequence into three parts. The sequence contains a number of warrior and runner postures which are combined in a flowing but dynamic way. It gives you an all round aerobic workout and is excellent for grounding. It awakens the power in you and how to express it through the heart with joy! We finish the class with a deep relaxation from Ruth Boaler... not to be missed!
This class includes:
- Activations and body preps
- Latissimus Dorsi stretch
- Taught separately as Dru postures: Warrior 1 & Warrior 2
Dru Power Sequence - Phrase 1:
- Gathering energy
- Sweeping warrior
- Diagonal warrior
- Deep relaxation
You will need a chair for one of the body preparations for this sequence. To fully experience the relaxation, you might want to make sure you have everything you need to be comfortable e.g blanket and cushions/bolsters.
