Well we have the solution for you because this class has been specifically designed to help!
Filmed in the Botanical Gardens in the Australian town of Albury. This 20 minute class includes the lovely EBR 5, the empowering Warrior 2 posture and a gorgeous Waves of Peace relaxation. Energy Block Release Sequence 5 is designed to help establish a clear vision so that we can set our goal in life. By creating a natural flow and rhythm these movements can help us let go of deeply entrenched emotional patterns that so often prevent us from moving forward.
Having cleared your pathway it is opportune to introduce a little bit of strengthening of the body and mind. Warrior postures enhance the qualities of stability, determination, endurance, harmony, balance and poise. It also helps to strengthen the knees, ankles and alleviates stiffness in the spine and shoulders. Warrior 2 also opens the rib cage keeping your lovely heart open and powering.
The class finishes with the Waves of Peace Relaxation. This relaxation uses gentle movements of the body to balance both sides of the brain and bringing the nervous system into balance. If you would like to develop a clear vision of your goals and build the strength to take action we’d recommend doing this class as often as you can for 3 weeks, or at least once a week for 7 weeks.
