Experience a deep massage to all the major organs with Energy Block Release 2.  Energy Block Release sequences help unlock any stuck energy in the subtle body, allowing for an enhanced experience of any yoga asanas (postures) that follow.

The Downward Facing Dog Pose (Adhomukha Svanasana) will stretch the legs and the spine, and refresh your brain.
