
Relax and Unwind is part of a three part series designed to help you to relax and unwind on all levels, physically, mentally and spiritually.
Session 3 Relax and unwind your soul
This session is dedicated to unlocking the anandamaya kosha, the veil of bliss. Learn to calm the mind and experience a deeper peace.
Each session will introduce you to the following terms and concepts:
- to understand the term 'kosha' - see Annie's short questions and answer session on: 'what is a Kosha?'
- What is an 'Energy Block Release' (EBR)? see Annie's questions and answers session on: 'what is an Energy Block Release?'
- Activations - how and why they are unique to Dru Yoga, see Annie' s question and answer session on: 'what is an Activation in Dru Yoga?'
Relax and Unwind 3 includes the following:
• Activations - including twists and swings to release tension in the neck and shoulders
• The Shakti cycle which includes the Empowerment mudra
• The Dru Salute which includes the 'Eye of Wisdom' mudra
• Deep relaxation
• Complete with a short meditation and the Alternate Nostril breath (Nadi Shodanam)
