These two forces are in constant flux inside us and in this class we learn a sequence of movements to help us harness their incredible power within us. This class incudes warriors, vertical alignment and heart opening arm movements.

Shiva Shakti Sequence
The Shiva Shakti sequence begins with flowing side bend to forward bend movements to help release any stagnant energy.

... Rhythmic twisting with arm movements that open the heart in all directions, allowing stillness and joy to arise.
A relaxation including mudras that anchor the powerful creative energy generated in this sequence into the heart.
