
This meditation is designed to give you a great night's sleep. There are many reasons why you may need a bit of help to sleep. It can range from a busy work life/balance, travelling, seasonal changes, looking after children or elderly parents, worry and anxiety. Whatever the reason, prepare to be nurtured and relaxed.
Sit up in bed just before you lie down to sleep, or light a candle in the late evening as you wind down.
Rest, relax, let go of any worries and feel gratitude and acceptance for this day. Good night ….
