You'll love the feeling of deep calm and centred-ness this class gives you.

Starting with the first part of EBR 3, we then go on to use the Salutation to the 4 Directions to let go and feel empowered with these positive affirmations "I am calm and at peace"; "I am filled with joy and happiness"; "I am filled with compassion and understanding"; "I trust all is as it should be".

Then calm body and mind by exploring Samavritti pranayama or equal ratio breathing.

Dear Annie, Thank you for an amazing lesson. I think the Four Directions is my favorite Dru Sequence! I noticed the release of tension from my body during the Four Part Breath,and how my breath softened as we used the affirmation. X
