Stretch and flex in a way you have never done before with a combination of flowing and powerful sequences that will work on every part of you. You will feel absolutely fantastic, more alive and empowered!
The activations start the fun with a unique set of movements. leading into the Energy Block Release 1. Excellent for stretching in all major directions!
Followed by specific body preps for the upper body and the thighs. This will prepare you for two beautifully powerful stretch routines. The first one includes triangles into Raised Arm Warrior and the open hearted Charity pose.
The second one – a floor routine, including the Camel, Swan and Parrot routine will stretch the lower body, deeply releasing the lower back and kidneys. Stretch out deep tiredness and old patterns!
The relaxation will consequently boost the natural healing force in the body.
