I have been practicing this way of meditating for several days now, & really enjoy it. For the first time ever, I can now sit straight & comfortably without a cushion behind me, & am able to quickly connect peacefully without thoughts flooding my mind. I will continue to follow this method in the future. Thank you Chris.
