Blue light from our phones, computers and tablets reduce the production of melatonin therefore preventing us from sleeping properly. Try having tech-free time at least 1 hour before sleep. How about a book?

If books aren’t your thing or you need something else to do how about a bath? Or sitting outside and watching the stars?
- Tip 3:
Introspection is a brilliant way to think and reflect on your day. Have pen and paper to write down your top three priorities for the next day. You’re set up for the next day without stress.
Are you stressed or anxious? Too many things to think about? Get it all out of your head and down onto paper.

Meditation is a very powerful tool to use at night especially a gratitude meditation where you count the incredible blessings of your life.
