Tri Spinal Release - Freeing the Spine

Tri – spinal release movements work on the shoulders, pelvis and spinal column to loosen all the joints and give you a whole body work out.

Open up and release tension from the shoulders, pelvis and spine with these great tri-spinal movements.

Amazing Mona. after just one session of this practice, I can lie almost flat on the floor, as I have been nsuffering from sciatica, all these movements help mobilise me and I do them within my level of comfort. Thank you so much.

Thank you for taking me back to this step by step tri spinal release. I was looking fir the Complete Spinal Alignment video that ai think Nana had on the Dru star lounge but wasn’t able to find it…..this was a helpful therapeutic session for the whole spine and some excellent reminders about the importance of keeping the spine moving in all directions as we get older or after an injury. Very therapeutic. Thank you

Before fing the TSR I was feeling tight and stiff in my lower back and across my shoulders. Feeling looser with less creaking after doing this wonderful workout. Will be adding to favourites to do at least once a week. Thank you Mona.

Thanks Mona for a great workout and relaxation for the whole spine. I have started to practice the whole TSR sequence several times a week and find it so beneficial - keeps mobility and flexibility whilst remaining gentle. My chiropractor has noticed an improvement and I am truly grateful. The one has become part of my toolkit as I navigate and grow on my yoga journey.

Thank you, Mona. This was lovely. It was great to have your teaching in my home! Great production also - good picture, good sound, easy to fast forward and great that I could see what was happening as I fast forwarded so I knew when to stop. I also like the way Dru Online is bringing us more specific subjects like this one, that before we have only seen in the workbooks. Thank you.
