Trim & Fit Series: Class 1
Join Annie and Coby in this, the first in a three part series to help you keep Trim and Fit!
This session is designed to warm the body using a more dynamic style of movement and repetition. The dynamic flowing movements will improve circulation, free the spine, calm the mind and emotions and increase your metabolism.
The main Sacro-Lumbar Release will create flow, allowing you to experience greater stillness in the Dru Salutation that follows.
The Moving Space Sequence will create space in the mind and emotions, and finally the Deep Relaxation will free deep muscular tension leaving you feeling refreshed and relaxed after your class.
