Trim & Fit Series: Class 2

After completing Class 1 in the Trim and Fit series, this session now homes-in on specific muscle groups. Stretch your body with Energy Block Release 2: This prepares you to strengthen and tone the legs, buttock and abdominal muscles enabling you to look good and feel good!

The Bhima (Utthita Parvakonasana) will create strength in your legs and open your chest whilst the Dru Power Sequence Part 1 is a dynamic flowing sequence that will strengthen your mind and body, empower and uplift you!
