Virabhadrasana 3 - the Warrior

Join our Dru student as he takes you through the Warrior pose.  This posture focusses on improving balance.  It will strengthen and tone thigh muscles. Repeat and hold the posture for as long as is comfortable three times on each side. 

The key mental and emotional emphasis is that this powerful asana will increase your confidence and courage.

started doing this following a fall and back injury. There are other specific classes for the back I know, but this one is a great assistance to rebuilding my confidence.
