The Vitality sequence is a fantastic way to boost your energy levels and make you feel on top of the world!

It's strong and dynamic, yet graceful and flowing. The sequence covers a wide range of asanas ranging from the beam, gate, bowing tiger, Bhima and warrior poses. 

This session is taken from the longer class called The Vitality Sequence, which also includes activations, body preps and a relaxation. You can use this shorter extract of just the asana flow when you are well warmed up to enhance and strengthen your existing practice.

Love this sequence with the use of gate pose and the bowing tiger, but my sacroilliace joint does not like the transition to/alignment of Warrior 1. I always bring my heel around on the back foot so that my toes are pointing more straight ahead and feet are hip width apart, otherwise I get SI joint pain. Surely I'm not the only one?
