Find Your Still Point - a Dru Yoga & Meditation workshop
Join Cat & Sabina for a midday workshop of Yoga, meditation and connecting with like-minded people in the beautiful West London Buddhist Centre. It’s a great way to meet some new friends. Most important is that you give yourself some real 'me' time and connect with your thoughts and body.
In this workshop, we will embrace the spirit of Dru and discover through our inner power, our own points of stillness. Experiencing and sharing with others is very special.
This is a relaxed and free environment, you will be encouraged to work at your own pace.
