Come and learn about how your Ayurvedic type is expressed through the elements in nature.

Come and learn about how your Ayurvedic (dosha) type is expressed through the elements in nature in this workshop run by Dr Janey Fitzgerald and Annette Clark-Coyne.

Janey will introduce the Ayurvedic way of looking at your life, and how small, simple changes can make you feel healthier, stronger, clearer. Start to think differently about food, exercise and lifestyle.

Annette will share Dru Yoga sequences to demonstrate how to adapt yoga to suit your dosha type, so bring your yoga mat if you have one - but no previous yoga experience is needed.

A lovely Ayurvedic lunch is included in the price of this workshop.

Snowdonia Mountain Lodge

Join us at the Dru Centre, Snowdonia Mountain Lodge. With its spectular panaramic views, situated in the beautiful Nant Ffrancon valley in Snowdonia National Park, it’s the perfect place to relax and rejuvenate. Towering mountains rise on either side and you can see the changing light dancing over the fields, listen to the sheep and lambs in the surrounding fields. The peace monument's water feature is a relaxing place to sit and soak up the sunshine, or you can meditate by a mountain stream. Teaching sessions are held in our spacious yoga hall, and in between classes you can browse through our extensive yoga shop.

Thousands of people from all over the world come here every year to enjoy the...

  • positive ‘feel good’ ambience

  • delicious vegetarian meals

  • easy access to the mountains

  • excellent yoga and meditation instructors

  • nurturing therapies

Easily accessible by rail and road, we are on the A5 (the historic main route from London to Ireland), 8 miles from Bangor and 3 ½ hours' train ride from London. Snowdonia Mountain Lodge is a friendly, comfortable centre from which to explore the rugged beauty of Snowdonia National Park and the beaches of Anglesey.
