Movement and meditation are two highly effective ways proven to harness body and mind, restore balance and relieve tension and worry.
In this Dru workshop, Chandra Goswami and Fiona Hutchison will take you through movement to bring dynamic flexibility and therapeutic yoga to create ease and flow.
You’ll have the opportunity to explore a powerfully settling breath technique to align the mind, leading into the deep stillness of meditation. The session will feel like the reset you need, leaving you feeling energised, empowered and light!
We shall also explore the Dru Yoga Training course as part of the workshop.
This workshop is open to beginners as well as those experienced in yoga and meditation.
