Empowering Resilience and Building Inner Strength

Have you been experiencing anxiousness, concern about your future or feeling unsettled about the current changes in our world? 

In this Dru Yoga workshop we shall explore simple movements that will enable you to feel empowered and confident. supple and flexible, and anchored. 

  • Engage your wonderful energy and feel vital and alive! 
  • Empower and open the heart centre with a Dru sequence to bring out confidence in meeting life. 
  • Practice simple techniques that create a wonderful calming effect in the vagal system and and complete your day with a peaceful meditation to bring focus and mental agility. 

We shall also explore the Dru Yoga Training course as part of the workshop.  

This workshop is open to both beginners and those experienced in yogic practices.

Dru Yoga teacher training courses: This fully accredited, 200hr Dru Yoga Teacher Training course will give you a thorough insight into: the essential foundations of Dru Yoga, body preps, postures, sequences & alignment; anatomy and physiology; the subtle energy flow within yoga asanas; unique Energy Block Release sequences (EBRs); Dru approach to pranayama; a deeper exploration into the chakras and how they work within postures; therapeutic Dru Yoga; the invaluable art of relaxation; Dru Meditation; mantras, mudras and yogic philosophy. Upon graduation you will have access to a wide range of post-graduate courses such as Dru Dance, Dru Kids and Teens, Dru Pre-natal and Dru Back-care as well as interesting CPD events and the opportunity to train as a yoga therapist.
