Dr Janey Fitzgerald is a Dru Yoga Therapist trainer and Ayurvedic Practitioner. She helped pioneer the successful Dru Back Care & Wellbeing course from which graduates have gone on to work in many different healthcare settings including the NHS.
She has also been training and examining GPs throughout her 30-year career in the medical profession and so blends modern and ancient practices perfectly.

Yoga Therapy Diploma Course
Course requirements
- A recognised 200-hour yoga teaching diploma, 60 hours of postgraduate teaching experience and a current first-aid certificate.
- To undertake yoga therapy sessions with an experienced yoga therapist to gain experience (at least 4 sessions).
