Discover Your Authentic Body with Yoga & Ayurveda

Registration is closed for this event
Discover your predominant dosha (body constitution), its main characteristics and how to use yogic practices to bring harmony, clarity and joy.

Have you ever noticed how simple choices of what you eat can make a big difference to your day or how simple movements can bring you energy and clarity?

Ayurveda is the wisdom of life and focuses mainly on the science of nutrition. Yoga is the science of finding true unity of body, heart, mind and spirit. These two disciplines combined together can provide a powerful experience of an energised and fulfilled life.

At this workshop join Chandra, Joe and Mark on this fascinating, informative exploration of how you can incorporate easy Ayurveda and yoga practices into your day to day life to bring optimum health and balance.

You will have an opportunity to discover your predominant dosha (body constitution), its main characteristics and how to use yogic practices to bring harmony, clarity and joy.

If you are a member of the Dru Professional Network you will be able to accrue 3 CPD hours for attendance at this workshop. Attendees from other yoga schools will need to check individually for their own CPD credits.
