Enjoy the soothing effects of blissful meditation after a nurturing mantra and gong bath to help you have a great night's sleep. You'll enjoy ancient Vedic mantras, a variety of instruments including gong and singing bowls for optimum health and balance at this time. The event is live and the replay is available for 30 days.

She will use a variety of instruments including brass and crystal bowls to soothe your mind and body. This time, you'll be bathed with the sounds of the 9 planet tuning forks which bring harmony to the vibrations, guided by the constellation of the planets at this time. Once your body and mind are deeply soothed and relaxed, we will practice a blissful meditation together. This is a live event you can enjoy in your own home, and you'll get a free replay to listen to for 7 days after the event.

Here are a few details to help you make the most of your experience.

I’ll start with an introduction and will explain some of the instruments I’ll be using, and also the theme of this mantra and gong bath. I will then invite you to lie down and deeply relax, and let the sound wash over you.

Please have everything that you will need for a deep relaxation – you will be lying down for about an hour, so get plenty of cushions, bolsters and blankets ready so you’re super comfortable. Please have the best headphones possible for this session – over the ear ones are best if you have them. The sound will vary in volume, getting louder as we continue then getting quiet at the end - so please adjust your volume accordingly (don't have it too high!)

After the gong bath part, there will be a meditation so please make sure you have the cushions you need to sit up comfortably.
