As a Dru Yoga teacher, Mo has been teaching and sharing her yoga wisdom for over 20 years.
She has also worked with the National Health Service as a Public Health Development Advisor specialising in the promotion of exercise in the over 65’s.
She is a Postural Stability Instructor having trained with Later Life Training to help older people prevent falls and she is also an Extend Exercise to Music Instructor. Mo has trained others to deliver seated exercise and has taught in many settings including Dementia Care; sheltered accommodation; community groups and care homes.
We're so grateful for Mo's kindness and compassion as she cares for her students in her local classes and of course now here on the Studio.
