Pauline has been teaching yoga since 2005. She is also a meditation teacher and a yoga therapist.
Pauline discovered yoga in 1991, and found it a perfect antidote to stress. As a social worker, manager, mother and carer she discovered first hand the value of making yoga and meditation an integral part of her lifestyle. She found her practice of yoga and meditation to be an investment of time as it enabled her to achieve more whilst remaining energised and balanced.
As a senior tutor on the yoga teacher training course since 2009, Pauline loves to see how people blossom as they learn the secrets and keys that make yoga and meditation work, and then go on to become skilled and inspirational yoga teachers in their own right.
Pauline is passionate about the amazing therapeutic potential of yoga and meditation to make a positive contribution to all aspects of physical and mental well-being. As a yoga therapist she loves to explore with people, their own individual route to healing.
