Healthy Back Programme

Over 80% of us experience back pain at some point in our lives - and recent scientific studies have found that Dru Yoga is highly effective for easing back pain, reducing stress and boosting your wellbeing.
In this section we share with you the Healthy Back Programme which was designed by expert physiotherapists, osteopaths and yoga therapists, to offer a safe and proven solution to reduce and prevent back pain.
How to use this programme
Start with the core stability video followed by Programme 1. Then move onto programme 2.
Programme 1 - stretch & relax
1Programme 1 - PLAY ALL (30 mins)
Stretch and relax your back with this fantastic series of movements. This session contains activation and a foundation sequence followed by yoga postures and a relaxation.
Programme 2 - strengthen & tone
2Programme 2 - PLAY ALL (42 mins)
This programme will help to strengthen and tone your back. Please ensure you've practiced programme 1 for a few days before beginning this class.
