The fire element is said to create our vigour, passion and charisma. Balancing your inner fire is one of those instant feel good factors. If you're too hyper you'll calm down and clear any irritations or anger. If you're a bit low or have a touch of the blues, you'll boost your energy and your 'get up and go'. And if you just want to feel great out with your friends, balancing your inner fire element is the first step in achieving the kind of charisma that makes everyone sit up and take notice of you.

Enjoy a short dynamic activation followed by a core power healing sequence to get the heat rising in the body.

Discover a great variation of EBR 2 with a dynamic flow to build the internal fire within, helping us to access our internal core power energy or the 'jeweled city' within.

In this class you'll also explore the use of pranayama, or breath work, as part of the sequence to help focus and deepen your practice.

Activation

Enjoy classic Dru activation movements including side steps, spinal twisting, and dynamic arm swings, downhill skier, all with a lively edge to get the energy rising in your system.

Energy Block Release (EBR) 2 with dynamic flow

EBR2 is a powerful sequence for clearing blocked energy and bringing you into the “here and now”. This variation incorporates a dynamic flow and breath-work, both designed to help you access the full potential of your body.

Core Power Sequence

This sequence uses gentle yet powerful movements to activate your internal forces. Discover the secrets to unleashing the power-house of energy and vitality in your core without having to complete an intense physical workout. This sequence does wonders for building your enthusiasm and passion for life!

Cat to tiger

These flowing cat movements are designed to gently awaken the living energy in your spine, and the stronger tiger posture builds on this to kindle the fire within manipura chakra, the solar centre.

Hey everyone - great comments on this class - I'd forgotten the magic till I tried it myself :-) Working with the fire centre, manipura, is brilliant for building our energy levels and digestive fire without becoming a strenuous aerobic work out. Thanks Annie - we all love this class!

Dear annie, know you are incredible inspireing!! Everytime you suprises me with the power of yoga and the many aspects to it!! On one hand the subtile movents and breathing and on the other hand so powerfull effect. I loved the variation on the ebr2 and the power sequence using the breath and mudras to activate and lock the fire energy. Thanks once again for all your inspiration ... i will pass it on to my students!!
