Challenging Sun Sequence Flow
This slow and flowing Sun Sequence helps us to focus by encouraging us to hold various poses. Develop your core and muscular strength by keeping the joints soft and not locked - especially in the raided plank and cobra. Keeping your gaze focussed at the horizon or straight ahead helps to balance excessive pitta energy.
