In this class we work dynamically through Energy Block Release 2.

EBR2 is a complete whole body stretching programme which includes several yoga asanas. It twists and squeezes physical tension and mental worries out of your system. It's a fantastic sequence to awaken your Prana, and thus helps you to come into the now, truly arrive in your body and into your centre of stillness.

And of course we have topped it all up with a nurturing relaxation for you!


This class also describes the location and function of the Hrit Chakra.

The activations include the Sacral-lumber release sequence.

I have enjoyed this class in the past and especially appreciated today the powerful nature of EBR2 and its potential to release blockages - so interesting to learn a little about the Hrit chakra at this stage in DYTT course. Thank you, Christiane, for this beautiful class. I really enjoyed the extra breath in the twisted standing cat, and the breathing in makarasana. And the sound of the rain during relaxation was wonderfully cooling, it's a really hot day here :-)
