Cool down & stretch out

This is the perfect class after you've done a strong yoga practice and need to gently stretch out and calm your system down before your relaxation or meditation.

Deepen the stretch with your breath, but remember to only work within your body's limitations.


3 main stretches:

  1. Butterfly with spinal wave focuses on releasing the adductor muscles and upper back.
  2. Sitting forward bed stretches out the hamstrings as well as all your back muscles.
  3. Lying twist focuses your awareness the obliques and pectorals.

Throughout all this session you'll enjoy a feeling of deep inner calm as you ease into the stretches with each breath.
