In this short class Annie will address some of the core issues that underlie many of the physical ailments that have become so familiar in our modern day lives fatigue, constipation, IBS, inflammation, skin conditions, sinus problems, weight gain, diabetes and heart conditions. 

Immune system and the digestive tract
Did you know that 60-70% of our immune system lies in our digestive tract? As low immunity can come from a weak digestive system it's vitally important to keep it healthy. Use the simple movements of this class regularly to keep your gut in tip top condition.

Physical and mental stress
Stress can suppress our ability to absorb nutrients. It can also lead to low white blood cell counts, which can also make you more susceptible to illness and infection. This class has gentle twisting movements to help kick start your digestion, followed by simple relaxation techniques to help you de-stress and assimilate with ease.

This class contains the following:

  • Standing activations
  • Twisting movements - the sitting twist and the Maltese Cross

Thank you so much Annie - I have returned to this class to help me with a digestive “flare up” and found it very beneficial to my overall energy levels and now feeling much more comfortable. I intend to practice these movements regularly to see whether they help me long term to deal with some chronic health issues. Kathy
