Dru Meditation Series: Class 1

Jane Clapham, who many of you will know who have been on, or who are on, the Dru Meditation course in Wales, takes you through two of the Prana Kriyas and a short de-stress meditation on the power of joy.

Yes, we are outside in one of the valleys near the Dru centre!!

The Prana Kriyas activate the 5 Vayus (breaths) within the body, so essential for maintaining life!!

Jane takes you through 2 of the 5 Prana Vayus set. This is followed by a short meditation to help alleviate stress. It is something we hope you can use daily to keep you in your power!
