Join Lalita for this amazing class which brings balance to every level of our being.

As human beings, we exist on more than just a physical plane. Lalita introduces us to 5 simple techniques which combine mudras and affirmations which together help us keep healthy, balanced, and full of energy. This sequence enables us to easily achieve a more optimum state of being which affects not only ourselves but the way in which we interact with the world around us.

Prithvi Mudra brings the breath to the lower abdomen and mooladhara chakra, enhancing the element of earth and bringing us into our bodies, really grounding us. We become more aware of the body’s own healing qualities, and feel naturally prompted to eat well and help the physical body.

Vittam Mudra, sends our breath into the lower abdomen and enhances our connection to the water element, bringing vitality, and empowering our power of flow and flexibility.

Purna Hridaya Mudra, takes the breath into the chest, bringing balance and stillness to the mind. It enhances the immune system by working with the Thymus gland.
Citta Mudra brings awareness into the throat and head. It works with our deeper unconscious mind - the collective unconscious, where the desire to work for the benefit of the world can arise. Tension is released in the shoulders and neck. We discover an oasis of calm as we become the dispassionate witness.

Hansi Mudra helps create a feeling of oneness with the world, bringing unconditional joy.
Throughout the session, Anouschka intersperses movements that also help us to enhance and complement each of these aspects: connect to the earth, enhance our power of flow, calm the mind, and help us tune into our intuition.
Lalita then takes us through a profound and magical meditation incorporating all 5 mudras, with affirmations.

Thank you Lalita for such detailed explanations of each mudra. The affirmations were very powerful. I will use these regularly with the hasta mudras.

I stuck to my plan of watching this video in sections and practicing one mudra at a time. The warm up exercises are so helpful because it brings my attention to each finger. I am thinking more about why I touch certain fingers whilst the others are extender. Prithvi Mudra I concentrated on, I am noticing more colours in nature, I am looking at other peoples body language, tone in a voice not just the words. Thanks its all helpful
