
Welcome to this class on 'Freedom from Fear'. In this session we explore 5 separate techniques, all of which are a great way for you to explore how to work with fear in a positive way.
Fear is a natural, healthy emotion which helps to protect us. However, it can become debilitating especially when we make things bigger or more scary than they actually are! To work with these techniques you don't have to go into depth about why you're fearful and resistant and process it... Simply get moving - change your posture and your attitude and get on with being the empowered, courageous you!
- Bouncing heels - this technique is important for releasing the kidneys, which are said to be the seat of fear in the body
- Releasing stretch - simply learn to let go of fear, anxiety or stress - perfect if you're holding on to an argument
- Fearless flight - transform fear to strength and courage
- Mudra of Courage - address fear with its positive counterpart - courage
- Earth Meditation - this short 5 min meditation helps to ground and calm you - bringing you into the present moment
Use these short techniques as part of your tool kit whenever you need to bring yourself back into emotional balance.
