Enjoy this 20 minute deep relaxation with its emphasis on healing and nurturing the body. This relaxation is suitable as part of your yoga practice or when you have 20 minutes to spare and want to spend quality time nurturing yourself.
 

Anouschka will guide you through this deep relaxation:

  • Lying on the floor, making yourself comfortable and adjusting your body as needed to help you settle
  • Tensing and relaxing the body to help you settle, whilst beginning to activate the parasympathetic nervous system
  • Using your breath to relax deeper and release tension
  • Focusing on healing and nurturing your body with a wonderful golden light visualisation
  • Drawing on the affirmation: ‘I am filled with radiant health and wellbeing’
  • Completing your relaxation feeling refreshed and re-invigorated

Deare anouschka. A Relaxation a day keeps the doctor away! Thanks for the various lengths of relaxation. I do them on a daily basis and select the duration that suits me at that time. A jem in the Dru online necklace. Thanks.

Hiya Chris, yes - relaxation is a perfect thing to for supporting CF :-) The 30 min programme focusses on nurturing and healing the body. Using visualisation is a very powerful way to bring light, healing and energy into the body.
