Tone Up for Summer Series: Class 2

In this class from the Tone Up for Summer series you will experience great body preps and posture combinations; Bhima (Utthita Parsvakonasana) to Dog (Adhomukha Svanasana), and Gate to Tiger (Parigrahasana / Vyaghrasana) and then in Tone up for Summer (class 3) we'll combine these postures together into the Dru Vitality Sequence.

The perfect accompaniment to your summer workout.

I'm really enjoying the classes on here. I especially love this particular class. By rotating through different classes I'm now able to walk far better than I have for the last 3 years (especially), and probably most of my adult life. Looking forward to future progressions of myself.

A really great class! Fabulous workout of the wobbly bits but the stretching and relaxation towards the end left me feeling very chilled and a bit happier with myself. Thank you. Namaste.

Hi Coby that is a great class using some basic asanas with added variations. What I also loved was the music - especially the activation. Can you tell me what the music is. Also what is the title of the music playing at the start of each video when the Dru logo comes in? Many thanks.

Fantastic I'll definitley practice daily hopefully it will help in the long run to strengthen the sacro iliac discomfort in my rt buttock Thanks Coby can I use some of the stretches for my students?
