In today's class we join Chandra as we explore Warrior 2 and the Reverse Warrior - the perfect combination to awaken the energy centres and the heart space as well as tone the thighs, stretch the illiopsoas and open the whole of the front of the body.

Perfect to do first thing in the morning, this session warms you up and prepares the body before going deep into the postures great for setting you up for a day of feeling empowered, open and strong, like a warrior. Step into your inner strength!

  • feel refreshed, vibrant and energised

Be aware that these postures are best not done on the first 3 days of your menstrual cycle or during the first 3 months of pregnancy. Also these postures can build up the blood pressure so it's not for people who have glaucoma or detached retina.
