Vitality Sequence Class 2
Welcome to Class 2 of the Vitality Sequence. We hope you have been enjoying the first class, especially as part of the 21-day challenge.
Ready to move onto the next challenge!! Remember to take it easy, take time with the body preps and make sure you have some rest days!
This class will focus on the upper arms and the glutes. Angela shares how the glute muscles are so important in our everyday lives and takes us through some very dynamic body preps using Cat and Tiger poses. Angela takes these poses further than any other class has. Be prepared to really work the upper arms while also working the glutes. As always in Dru, remember to engage your core!!
Class 2 includes:
- EBR 1
- Dynamic Body Preps including:
- Tricep Push up
- Gate Posture
- Short relaxation
This class brings strength into your whole persona. This creates peace, light, and spaciousness throughout.
If you want to increase the intensity of the glute exercises, try using weight bands on your ankles. Again, your muscles will really feel this class, so, if you are not used to this type of session, we recommend that you do this class 4 day out of 7.
