Noelene Francis and Frani Wilde presented this inpiring one hour workshop to give you an opportunity to experience some of what we do on the Post Grad Mastery in Dru Yoga Course (PGMC).  We also answer participants questions!

  • Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the start so you have time to settle and check your zoom settings
  • Have water to drink, pen and notepad if you'd like to take notes.
